What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time for most items is 7-10 working days upon artwork approval. Rush orders are available. Please contact us for more information. If you need something quick just to get you buy see out Digital Heat Press section. Here you can have a shirt made with in 48 hours. This is also great for gifts.

Do you offer shipping/delivery?
We offer free delivery or ground shipping for most orders depending on the quantity ordered.

Will I receive a mock up or proof prior to prodution?
You will receive a mock up/order description prior to production. Customer must approve before we can proceed. You may also request a mock up to assist you in finding the right look for your order.

Can I get a proof prior to prodution?
Proofs are available (additional fees may apply) for apparel screen printing and embroidery orders.
