I have been going to Mojo Magic for all of my custom t-shirt and screen printing needs for years and have always been very satisfied with their work. After years of ordering promotional material, from assorted different vendors, our company Virtual CSR has been pleasantly suprised with the quality of service and attention to detail Mojo Magic offers. It's because of this performance, Mojo Magic is NOW the only vendor we use for promotional materials.
From the beginning, your site was easy to navigate and offered a large selection of promotional items, making it quick to locate marketing pieces, upload our company logo and place the orders needed.
Because we use our company logo and slogan on all materials ordered, it's ALWAYS important that the quality of print and visual representation be done in the highest of standards. When ordering these types of materials, we generally have to cross our fingers, hoping the vendor we've choosen holds the same standards and attention to detail that we do. Unfortunatley we hadn't had much luck until now. Needless to say, I was SUPRISED when I received a call from your account manager on our first order, suggesting a different printing method for better quality, on the particular items we had ordered. What a breath of fresh air.....a company that "really" knows their materials and holds the same attention to detail. That alone gave me the piece of mind that our order was in good hands. The items were delivered ahead of scheduled and were exactly what we'd ordered.
